All C. Creative pricing is subject to change. Prices listed on this website are in US dollars.
Payment is required prior to commencement of your order. Payment must be made in a timely manner. In the event of late payment, lead time will be pushed back accordingly. Overdue invoices will incur late fees.
DESIGN AND PROOFS
C. Creative owns the artwork and designs and artwork of all products. It is the responsibility of the client to review custom products for any mistakes or errors including but not limited to size, spelling, date, scale, punctuation. Once products are approved by the client, further changes cannot be made. If the product has been sent to print with an error that the client failed to correct during the proofing process, the client will be responsible for any reprinting costs. The cost listed includes up to three minor changes or adjustments unless otherwise noted. Any additional changes, updates or proofs will be billed to the client accordingly.
No proofs will be supplied for items requiring printed guest names, for example, envelopes with recipient addresses. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the information required in the correct format and ensure that all spellings are correct. This includes titles, addresses, zip codes, etc. Should you require any amendments to the names after supplying us with the list, additional charges will incur.
If your order order requires a digital proof, C. Creative will send one within five business days. If your order includes custom details or artwork, proofing time may take up to an additional four weeks. If you fail to include any required information at the time you place your order (such as event date, location, etc.), we cannot proceed with your order until the information has been provided to us. C. Creative may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately the sole responsibility of you, the client, to provide us with complete information. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, all production timelines which may have been provided to you cannot be guaranteed until and unless you provide us with all necessary details and information. C. Creative is not responsible for any delays that occur as a result of the client’s failure to provide any and all information needed.
C. Creative is not responsible for the package once it is has shipped. C. Creative will provide clients with a tracking number whenever possible and can not guarantee shipping timelines or delivery dates. Clients are encouraged to place order as early as possible to prevent delays due to shipping. Items will ship to clients within the timeline stated. Please be aware that letterpress items can take up to three or four weeks to arrive. Production times can be longer during busy times such as sales, promotions or holidays. C. Creative is not responsible for timing issues due to printer or factory production delays. C. Creative is not responsible for timing issues due to the client needing products sooner than design, production, turnaround and shipping time. C. Creative is also not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage incurred during shipment or delivery.
Computer monitors and phone screens display colors differently. The actual color of our products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor or screen. If product or ink color is critical, please specify the color using a CMYK color code or a PMS Pantone color. C. Creative is not responsible for color variation due to screen or monitor display or due to printer ink levels.
Custom printed items are not eligible for refund, return, exchange or cancellation. If a mistake is made by C. Creative, we will fix and reprint at no cost to you in a timely manner. If there is an error on the part of the client, the client will be responsible for the cost of reprinting, including any setup fees and shipping. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any defects or errors with goods must be reported to C. Creative by email with pictures included within 48 hours of the goods being delivered to the client. If an error is not reported within 48 hours, C. Creative reserves the right to charge accordingly for reprints regardless of which party is at fault.
C. Creative is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina.
C. Creative is not responsible for order quantities that fall within an 8% variation of the total order quantity.
Your privacy is respected and protected. Although our forms may required you to provide us with personal information, the information will not be used for anything other than communicating with you and fulfilling your order. We will never use, share, or sell your information with a third party. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.
All designs, images, artwork, and products displayed, advertised, and/or sold on this website or on any item you order therefrom are the sole property and copyright of C. Creative, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. All designs, images, artwork, and products used and/or conveyed during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of C. Creative. The designs, images, and artwork may not be used for personal use, reproduction, creation of derivative works, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to submitting artwork by C. Creative to another company for print or profit on physical or digital products. Artwork by C. Creative cannot be altered by the client or any other person, artist or company for use.
